Born and raised in Melbourne, I decided to make my first journey to Europe to discover my family heritage, see art and maybe come back and create more universal images as art. But on my return I saw our landscape differently, its vastness, its rawness and the growth of suburban sprawl.  Seeing the work of Constable and Van Gogh made me realise that painting your everyday/familiar environment  can be very universal.

This Exhibition was held at WestSpace Gallery, Footscray Melbourne in 1996.

  Images are selected works.
